Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Genrise Technology website, engaging our agency, or utilizing our digital services, you formally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease navigation and use of our platforms.
Services Provided
Genrise Technology architects high-velocity digital ecosystems. Our services encompass UI/UX design, web development, digital marketing, SEO, social media marketing, content writing, and video editing. The specific scope, timeline, and deliverables of any project will be outlined in a mutually signed Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW) prior to project initiation.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure project momentum and success, clients are required to provide timely feedback, necessary brand assets, and approvals. Delays in communication or failure to supply required materials may result in timeline extensions. Genrise Technology is not liable for project delays caused by the client's failure to meet these operational requirements.
Intellectual Property
Upon final and full clearance of all project invoices, the intellectual property rights for the finalized deliverables (such as website code, final graphics, and marketing copy) will be transferred to the client. Genrise Technology retains the right to display the completed work within our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is executed.
Payment & Billing
Payment structures, including initial deposits and milestone invoices, will be defined in your Service Agreement. All invoices must be settled within the timeframe specified on the billing document. Failure to remit payment may result in the suspension of services, withholding of deliverables, or temporary takedown of hosted platforms until the account balance is restored.
Limitation of Liability
Genrise Technology engineers digital products to the highest modern standards. However, we cannot guarantee specific financial results, rankings, or uninterrupted service from third-party platforms. In no event shall Genrise Technology be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to the use of our services.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karachi, Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within this region.
